The service

AnthroPress runs a consignment service and is the seller of record to you across every channel. The goods themselves come from the artists who consign with us.

AnthroPress is a trade name of Urban Wealth Union Co., Ltd..

Prices and shipping

Prices are in Thai Baht. We ship DDU, which means any duties or taxes at the destination are yours to pay. Shipping is worked out from weight and destination and shown before you pay.

Adult content

18+ items need age confirmation before you can view or buy them. Illegal content is not allowed here under any circumstances.

If something is wrong when it arrives

Tell us within 3 days of delivery and include a video of you opening the parcel. We know that sounds strict — it's the only way we can tell damage in transit from damage after, and it's what lets us take your side with the carrier.

So: film yourself opening it before you cut into the packaging. If there's a problem, that clip is what settles it.

If a parcel comes back to us

It happens — a wrong address, nobody home, duties left unpaid. We always contact you first and hold your items for 30 days from the day we email you.

If it came back for a reason on your side, we'll ask you to cover shipping the second time. If it was our mistake, we cover it. After 30 days with no reply, the items are treated as given up and can't be refunded — so please just talk to us before then.

Cancelling and refunds

If you cancel for a reason on your side — changed your mind, wrong address, parcel not collected — we deduct only the payment fee the gateway actually charged us, and the rest comes straight back. If the mistake is ours, you get everything back. Consumer-protection law applies either way.
